1) Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") of Sabine Heide Schumacher
Adele Rethymno, Tachy. Thyrida 636, GR - 74100 Rethymno Crete, Greece, (hereinafter "Provider" or "Seller") apply to all contracts concluded by a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter "Customer") with the Provider concerning the goods and/or services presented by the Provider in their online shop or on their website. The inclusion of the customer's own terms is hereby rejected unless otherwise agreed.
A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legally responsible partnership that acts in the course of its commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2) Conclusion of Contract

The product and service descriptions contained in the online shop or on the Provider's website do not constitute binding offers but are intended as an invitation for the customer to submit a binding offer.
The customer can submit the offer via the integrated online order form. By placing the selected goods and/or services in the virtual shopping cart and completing the electronic ordering process, the customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a contract by clicking the button that concludes the ordering process.
The Provider may accept the Customer’s offer within five days by sending an order confirmation, delivering the goods, starting the service, or requesting payment. If PayPal is selected as the payment method, the offer is deemed accepted upon completion of the ordering process.
Order processing generally takes place via email and automated systems. The Customer must ensure the correctness of their email address.

3) Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. Further details can be found in the Provider’s withdrawal policy. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers outside the EU who reside and receive deliveries exclusively outside the EU.

4) Cancellation of Appointments

Regardless of any statutory right of withdrawal, the customer can cancel an appointment for a service free of charge up to 4 days before the service is due to begin. The cancellation must be made in writing. Payments already made will be refunded within two weeks if the cancellation is received on time.
5) Prices and Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in the product or service description, the stated prices are total prices including statutory VAT. Any additional delivery or transfer costs are listed separately. Payment methods are indicated in the shop or on the website.

6) Delivery and Shipping Conditions

This section only applies to the shipment of goods. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. In the event of delivery delays due to supply issues, the Provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. Self-collection is not possible.

7) Retention of Title

For the delivery of goods, ownership remains with the seller until full payment has been made.
8) Liability for Defects (Warranty)

The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply to goods. For entrepreneurs, limitation periods and claims may be restricted. Consumers are requested to report obvious transport damage.
9) Liability

The Provider is fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, guarantee commitments, or mandatory liability (e.g., under the Product Liability Act). In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Any further liability is excluded.
10) Special Provisions for Wellness Services

The wellness services offered, including energetic and alternative healing methods, are intended solely to activate self-healing powers and promote general well-being. They do not constitute medical treatment and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a doctor or alternative practitioner. Customers are explicitly advised to consult a doctor or alternative practitioner for medical issues and follow their instructions. No promises of healing are made.
11) Copyright

The content, texts, images, and products offered in the online shop are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or made publicly accessible without the express written permission of the Provider. This applies especially to digital content, graphics, and product descriptions.
12) Alternative Dispute Resolution

The Provider is neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
