Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form for the Purchase of Goods and the Booking of Services
A. Right of Withdrawal Information
General Notes
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal for the Purchase of Goods
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sabine Heide Schumacher, Adele Rethymno, Tachy. Thyrida 636, GR - 74100 Rethymno Crete, Greece, e-mail info@thehappinessfairy.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal (Goods)
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Goods)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract is outside the European Union.
Right of Withdrawal for Booking Services
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

Important Note on Cancellation and Withdrawal of Service Appointments:
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for individually agreed appointments, such as treatments or consultations, if the contract relates to a leisure activity scheduled at a specific time.
Nevertheless, we voluntarily grant you the right to cancel up to 4 days before the appointment free of charge.
The cancellation must be made in writing (e.g. by email).
In the event of timely cancellation, we will fully refund any payments made.
From 3 days before the appointment, free cancellation is no longer possible.
Additional Note:
Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a contractual right of cancellation, according to which booked services can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 days before the agreed appointment. The cancellation must be made in writing (e.g., by email). Any payments made will be fully refunded in this case.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point you informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison with the full scope of services provided in the contract.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Services)
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision of such services.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and have only begun execution of the service after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by us.
